This Monday, December 4th, the LFI students and teachers went on a field trip to Winters Mill for inclusion day. Inclusion day is all about special need students coming together as one to play games and celebrate their differences.
The LFI students had so much fun as well as the best Buddies’ Board members and me (as their intern). SC should celebrate the kids with disabilities and be proud of them. They’ve all worked so hard to get here in life so why not celebrate it.
These students have a lot to offer in life. They can change everyone in a way to think about students and special need students.
The LFI kids wish everyone can treat them like others but most importantly, be kind.
