On December 6th, 2018, the Washington Capitals played the Arizona Coyotes away. The Caps managed to seal a 4-2 victory after being down in the first period. The Capitals’ first goal was scored by Vrana, early into the second period of the game. Shortly following his goal, Niskanen managed to score off of a defender. During the third period, Burakovsky scored a wicked wrist shot and made the score 3-2. Finally, with only two seconds left in the match, Ovechkin scored an empty-netter to finalize the score at 4-2. The Capitals play their next game on Saturday, December 8th, at the Blue Jackets Arena. Be sure to catch the game!
