Grammy Nominations 2019

On Friday, December 7th, the 2019 Grammy nominations were revealed, with some changes. The number of nominees in the awards’ four major categories has been expanded by The Recording Academy. Instead of five contenders for the categories Album of the Year, Record of the Year, Song of the Year, and Best New Artist, there are now eight. Grammy Organizers have recruited a more diverse voting membership, after facing backlash over the ceremony. The show will take place on February 10th 2019 in Los Angeles, but until then, let’s take a look at the nominations for the top 4 categories.

Album of the Year:

• H.E.R. by H.E.R.
