During the winter time, our skin tends to get very dry. It is important to make sure that we are drinking enough water and taking extra good care of our skin, so that even amidst the dry winter weather, our skin is still glowing.

(1) Yogurt Honey Oatmeal Mask

To make this mask, you will need:

  • One tablespoon of yogurt
  • One tablespoon of honey
  • One tablespoon of oats

Start by blending the oats into a course powder. Next, add the yogurt and honey to form a thick paste. Apply this mask to your face for twenty minutes and then wash it off with warm water.

(2) Avocado Face Mask

For this mask you will need:

  • Half of an avocado
  • One tablespoon of yogurt
  • One tablespoon of honey

Begin by mashing the avocado into a bowl until it has a creamy consistency. Next, add the yogurt and honey and mix well. Apply the mask to your face for twenty minutes and then wash it off.

(3) Banana Mask

Start off by gathering the following ingredients:

  • One ripe banana
  • 1/3 cup of yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil

Mash the banana into a bowl until there are no chunks or large pieces. Next, add the yogurt and olive oil and mix well. Apply the mixture to your face and leave it on for 20 minutes. Lastly, wash it off with warm water.

(4) Coconut Oil Mask

For this mask you will need:

  • I tablespoon of coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon of brown sugar

Leave the coconut oil out for a little while so that it can melt into a liquid. Once it has melted, mix in the brown sugar. Apply to the face for 20 minutes, then wash off with warm water.

(5) Orange Mask

To prepare this mask you will need:

  • 1/2 cup of steel cut oatmeal
  • The juice from 1 orange
  • 3 tablespoons of yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 2 teaspoons of dried orange peel

To make this mask, all you need to do is mix all of the ingredients into a bowl until you get a smooth and creamy consistency. Apply to the face for 20 minutes and wash off with warm water.
